Our Rooms
Sitting nestled between the cliffs and the ocean.

We offer a variety of accommodation options suitable for families, couples, small groups, individuals, mobility impaired, and even pets. All rooms feature an ensuite bathroom, dining and lounge area with a large flat-screen TV, kitchenette or full kitchen, and an outdoor sitting area with access to BBQ facilities. For your convenience a guest laundry is available.
Kiwi Family Units
Located right behind the Punakaiki rock bank, our spacious family units have two or three separate bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom. The living space is open with a kitchenette, dining table, comfy couches with a large TV and an outside deck area to relax and listen to the waves crashing nearby.
Rooms sleep up to 7 guests.
Kiwi Studio Units
Our open-plan studio units come with one Queen bed and one Single bed and feature a basic kitchenette with cooking facilities, a dining table, an ensuite bathroom, and a comfy couch with a large flat-screen TV. All studio units are located close to the shorefront.

Tui Self-Contained Cabins
Our brand new self-contained cabins feature a full kitchen, one or two separate bedrooms, a comfortable living space and an ensuite bathroom. The cabins are double-glazed with electric heating for extra warmth and comfort. There is an accessible option with wheelchair access and a roll-in shower.
One Bedroom Unit sleeps 2 guests, Two Bedroom Unit sleeps up to 3 guests.
The Cottage
The Cottage provides two bedrooms, separate lounge, dining area, full kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Relax and enjoy the sounds of crashing waves from your own garden, and only a short stroll to the sea. Perfect for families or small groups looking for a cosy traditional NZ holiday home.
